Rather than sell ‘meal packs’ and ‘weight loss snack bars’ we provide a true Dietician service for weight loss.
(If you’re after weight-gain, we can also help you – if serious illness has depleted your body weight).
Furthermore, we can advise you (and plan) the most optimum food types and meals for the management of IBS, Diabetes, Coeliac Disease, Skin Health and other medical conditions.
As our dietician is a respected university honours graduate (in the HCPC registered field of Dietetics) you can be confident in receiving the highest level consulting service (and recognition/reimbursement with medical insurers where relevant).
Jac’ is an HCPC and BDA Registered Dietitian.
She graduated from Chester University with a BSc(Hons) in Dietetics and Nutrition.
She has completed her training in Hospitals, NHS community settings and private practice. She has experience in all clinical cases. However, she is passionate about making people love themselves and being confident that they can achieve a great weight loss – which will change their lives.
Her philosophy is to help people live their life to the maximum and can therefore improve the dietary intake and wellbeing of most people: looking for weight gain/weight loss, improvement in skin health, increased energy and more.

Denice L. Joseph is our in-house Counsellor and Life Coach.
Denice offers a safe, non judgemental, therapeutic environment for you to process your thoughts and feelings. She works with adults, young people and children. Denice is a certified life coach and works with general issues in an integrative way, which means she uses different modalities to suit your needs.
Denice has nineteen years of experience in the NHS. She has a Masters Degree in Therapeutic Counselling (and is a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Both counselling and life coaching are 50 minutes sessions.
Counselling – adult : £55.00. child : £50.00
